New year, new goals and new sessions of our group exercise classes to help you stick to your fitness resolutions. Our adaptive fitness classes are led by and attended by blind and low vision workout warriors. Moves are described instead of visually demonstrated and intensity levels can be matched to your personal preferences. The struggle of working out just got a little easier with built in accountability and encouragement provided by the group atmosphere.

Beginner CrossFit and Weights
Tuesday and Thursday 3 – 3:45 p.m.
Intro to CrossFit and Kickboxing
Tuesday and Thursday 5:30 – 6:15 p.m.
