This is a group exercise class using a mix of cardio, weights and body weight. Modifications can be made to increase and decrease intensity to match your current fitness and help you reach your future goals. Classes will be lead by UNO students in the field of exercise science and moves will be described instead of shown to make this perfect for exercisers with low or no vision. Classes will meet in Community Space A from 2:00 p.m. to 2:45 p.m.
