Sweat it out this summer at Outlook with a new session of group exercise classes. Our adaptive fitness classes are led by and attended by blind and low vision workout warriors. Instead of visual demonstrations, every move is thoroughly described, and intensity levels can be customized to suit your individual needs. With the built-in accountability and encouragement of a supportive group atmosphere, staying active has never been easier.

Intermediate CrossFit: Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays from 2 – 2:45 p.m.
