Live More Independently

Through assessments, hands-on training, and peer-to-peer interactions, clients gain practical skills to live more independently. This includes learning how to cook safely, label and organize household items, and manage time, money, and medication.

Virtual and in-person trainings focus on peer modeling and idea sharing, creating a space for open conversation around common challenges and solutions.

Orientation & Mobility Training

Learning to navigate your community is a key step toward greater independence. Through orientation and mobility training, clients gain the skills and confidence to move through their environments safely, whether walking with a white cane or taking public transportation.

Our trainers work closely with individuals to assess their needs, develop personalized travel plans, and build the skills necessary for independent travel.
